PostSubject: Population and urbanisation development in India and China   Mon Apr 20, 2009 4:05 pm

The first graph shows the population growth in India, China and the US. As you can see both the Chinese and the Indian population have kept constantly growing very fast since 1950. In contrast to these countries the US population has increase it population significantly slower but also constantly during the same time.
For the following 45 five years is the population growth Indian population expected to maintain the high level that it has already have the past 50 years and it will probably increase even faster. In the other hand the experts projected that the population growth in China is going to increase slower until approximate the year 2020. After this year is decrease of the Chinese population growth expected. In contrast to this is the US population probably going to keep its lower but constant population growth until the year 2050.
The second graph shows the urbanisation level in India and China in relation to the population. While the urban development has been faster and more in China than in India, has the rural urbanisation stopped growing in China since the 90s and it is expected to become less in the next years. The Indian rural development is probably going to keep growing really fast during the next years

There is two graphs , the one showing population growth in india china and us during the years of 1950-2050 and the other is about the urbanisation in india and us during the year of 1950-2030 in relation to population. The first grph indicates thatnthe population growth in india and china was growing from 1950 and it willexpected to continew till1925as nearly1,500 million.after that the china predicted to decreased growth in population compeared to india. But INDIA will keeps on growing above 1,500 m illion at the year of 2050. ATthe same time us almost have a constant population groth in the coming years as well. In the second graph the India had a constant groth in ruralisation tll 2005 from 1950,after that it will become increased at the same time china will supposed to have adecline in its growth. But in case of urbanisation china and india remains a slow growth till1985 afterwards china goes its peak leavel of growth till 2030

The chart illustrates increased population in India, china and United State from 1950 to 2005.
In the first graph , it is considerably clear that China's population has peaked the highest average which is approximetly 1,450 billion. Then population of India and United State increases gradually although United State's population seem to rise slightly which is about 260 billion. About the figurs in second line chat, it describes the population of India and China in urban and rural areas. By contrasting, people prefer to live in rural places more than urban. Inaddition population of China in rural is hit the hightest point (850 million in 1995), but the population of India reaches to 800 in 2005. While the growth of population in rural in China is more than one in India by nearly 230 million.
To sum up , rural areas attract more and more people than urban places.

The fifty years up to the year of twotousand there has been a steady groth of population in India and China. Both of the contries population have incriced by nearly a hundrad percent in a relatively short amount of time. You can really see the severety of it if you compare it to the US population groth that is a lot smaller.
One positive sign is though, is that the Cheneese populatinon groth is no longer rising as much and the populatinon is projected to start diminiageing within the next fifty years. That is a change that has happend in the last few years. It might have something to do whith the huge urbanisation that has occured since around the eighties.
Such a change in the population groth can not be seen in India who also has a urbanisation around the same time. But on the other hand, their urbansiation was not near as huge. This means that maybe in the future, when their urbanisation has cought up chinas, we will se the same thing happening there. Because even though it's not going as well as in China the groth is not as severa as in once was.
