I am very pleased with my recent promotion and thank you kindly for your congratulations.

With respect to my new location, I would like to ask you from when you expect me to take office at our company headquarters.

I also would appreciate it if you could send me the dossiers of my new co-workers, those for whom I will be responsible, so I can start preparing a series of individual talks with them.
