Thank you very much for the trust that this company has given me and promoted me as a manager of merchandising. I, however, have two questions to ask:

1) When will this position take effect?
2) When will be the orientation about my new position as well as my salary package and other benefits?

Thank you and more power to all of us.

I'm honored to have the opportunity to be able to work beside my soon-to-be friends at Simon Valley Inc. And I know that I'm capable for this job, with the amount of experience that I have, there will be no doubt that this company will regret me being the new Merchandising Manager.
I do have a few questions, very simple questions really. I'm concerned whether to keep Miss Blofield as Executive manager. I do not think that she is able to cooperate with the upcoming changes in the company. therefore I'm planning to have her removed.
Second, How many hours does the manager have to work? I have a busy schedual and I must know precisely how long I will be in office.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your warm welcome! I am glad to be a part of the Merchandising Department and hoping to be able to contribute as much as I could.

I have a couple of questions before I start in the new office soon.
Will my access ID to the company's system still be the same as my previous one?
Also, I would like to know if there is any change or update in the general company's policy that I need to be aware of.

I appreciate your help.

Regards,

Dear all,

thanks for such a warm welcome. I'm so glad to pursue my career at Simon Valley and be sure that I will do my best in the following years to keep on contributing to the firm's success.
I would also take advantage from this mail to ask some questions.
First, I would like to know the exact location of my office, as I've just been given the building number.
Then, could you possibly indicate me if there are some specific company attached to this position (new ID, ...)?
Finally, I know that I'm supposed to start my new position only next week, but would it be possible to meet my new colleagues as soon as possible so that they can inform me about the current activity and issues in the Merchandising department.

Thank you for your answers.

Yours faithfully,

Frank Malaval.

Thanks in advance for the response, any given information will be greatly appreciated.

To Simon Valley Inc.

Thanks for giving me this great opportunity. I have been working very hard in order to get this position and fortunately I do get this promotion now, so I am very grateful and thrilled to begin my job as a merchandising manager. As a new manager, I know I, without a doubt, could handle a variety of tasks by myself, but I will appreciate it if I could have two executive assistants, male or female, who major in MBA. Also, if possible, could I recruit my teammates from my old department, because I am more familiar with them. Thank you very much. I am looking forward to hearing from you again.

p.s. A final question: when should I start my job as a merchandising manager. I am ready anytime.
